We offer fast, safe, and secure remote support to both Business and Residential customers. Our per incident remote services are based on a one-time fee for business customers and for residential.

Remote Tech Support

For Remote Tech Support, we use TeamViewer remote software to connect to your computer or server securely: TeamViewer is a safe and secure remote computer assistance method. The TeamViewer program does not require installation. Only DNI Technology Computer Repair technicians will have access to your computer while the TeamViewer program is running. You can cancel the connection at any time.

There are a few requirements to use the TeamViewer Remote Assistance Program:

  • Microsoft Windows or Mac Operating System
  • The computer must be able to boot into Windows.
  • A working high-speed internet connection (Cable or DSL)

Remote Assistance Software Setup:

Step 1: Download the Team Viewer Remote Assistance program  Please click here to download the Team Viewer software.

Step 2: Run the Team Viewer program and note ID/Password.

remote tech support teamviewerClick Run to start the Team Viewer program. (It may take a moment for Team Viewer to start, as it checks your system and an internet connection, etc.)


Step 3: There is no installation! Once you run TeamViewer, you will see the screen below, and you are then ready to receive a remote assistance connection from us. The TeamViewer displays is a randomly generated ID number and Password. Please make a note of these.

Leave the TeamViewer program running until we complete your repair. We will let you know when we are finished, and then you can close the TeamViewer program, and Remote Assistance will be terminated. No uninstall is needed!
